Workspace
Where your data is
- AI reading
- Fictional workspace: readings are replayed from Lodemark's recorded test. No AI model is called. The AI mode is set by Lodemark under your agreement.
- Reader version
- R-235799C093 Give this reference when you ask Lodemark which version of the reader read your documents.
- AI use this month
- 0.00 EUR of 1.00 EUR
- Kept after the contract ends
- 30 days, then everything is deleted and you receive the deletion record.
Delete originals once checked
Off. Your original documents are kept encrypted in this workspace for the length of the contract, exported for you and then deleted at its end. Packs can include copies.
Forwarding address
Forward supplier emails to this address and their PDF files and images are added here, as if you had dropped them. It is this workspace's own inbox.
f-exampleworkspace2026@in.lodemark.euSet up by Erja Korhonen on 23 October 2026, with the sentence above.
Last 30 days: 0 emails taken (0 files), 0 not taken.
Taken only from the email address of a Lead or Quality member of this workspace, and only when the sender's email domain proves the message is theirs. Anything else is not taken, and you see it in To do.
PDF files and images are taken; other file types are not. The email text is kept only when it states an origin, as a document of its own. Nothing else from the email is kept. The sender gets a short reply saying how many files were taken.
Have a person check every value
Off. Off: a country of origin read from a document is accepted without a person only when the rules engine shows that every result stays the same even if it were wrong, and a sample still goes to a person. On: a person checks every value.
Old evidence at pack time
When you prepare a pack, evidence older than this is listed if it could change the result, with a request to the supplier ready to send. It never stops a pack.
Full export
Every table of the workspace as JSON and CSV, and every evidence pack, in one ZIP file.
What Lodemark states about security
The dated status table of Lodemark's security model, quoted as it stands. A statement changes here only when that table changes. As of 7 October 2026
| Statement | True today? | Becomes true when |
|---|---|---|
| Lodemark holds no customer data | Yes (no customers, no pilots) | Stays true until the first pilot; then "manual pilots run locally or on EU-hosted systems" replaces it |
| The calculator runs in your browser and sends nothing | True by design; verified by a build check before launch | Launch |
| No accounts, no logins, no cookies for tracking on the website | True by design | Launch (analytics tool choice in B10 must keep it true) |
| Real customer files are processed with EU-hosted or local AI; Claude (a US provider) only on public, fictional or redacted data unless the customer approves in writing | Rule in force (D11) | Already |
| No classified or export-controlled data is accepted | Rule in force | Already |
| EU hosting for customer data | Rule in force; no hosted service exists yet | Gate C, after EU self-hosting |
| Encryption, per-tenant keys, two-factor login, content-free logs | Designed; not built | Gate C |
| External penetration test | Not done | Gate D, from revenue |
| ISO 27001, SOC 2 or any certification | None | Not planned before revenue justifies it |
| "Sovereign", "military-grade", "zero-trust" | Not claimed, now or later, unless true and defined | Not planned as marketing words at all |
